I had a great experience at ARC and LaNita was professional , friendly, and efficient. I recently went to ARCpoint Labs of North Indianapolis and the customer service was outstanding. I initially found them through the reviews that were already made so I immediately called over the phone, I explained the situation and was walked through the process and made it very easy to set everything up.
