I recently went to ARCpoint Labs of North Indianapolis and the customer service was outstanding. I initially found them through the reviews that were already made so I immediately called over the phone, I explained the situation and was walked through the process and made it very easy to set everything up. My appointment went smooth I was in and out and the staff is very nice. Nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience at ARC and LaNita was professional , friendly, and efficient. The process was quick and well-organized, and she make sure everything was handled with care and confidentiality. The facility was clean, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend for anyone needing drug testing services.

This place is an absolute joke. We needed a DNA test for court. This was the location that was selected. I took a full day off of work, my daughter missed school, we drove the 2 hours. 2 days later they let us know that they test is invalid and we have to come back. We went the 2nd time, 2 days later same call. They came to us this time. We assumed everything was fine and then 2 weeks later I get notification that not only is it not fine, but now they are refusing to do the test.
