I recently went to ARCpoint Labs of North Indianapolis and the customer service was outstanding. I initially found them through the reviews that were already made so I immediately called over the phone, I explained the situation and was walked through the process and made it very easy to set everything up. My appointment went smooth I was in and out and the staff is very nice. Nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend!
This place is an absolute joke. We needed a DNA test for court. This was the location that was selected. I took a full day off of work, my daughter missed school, we drove the 2 hours. 2 days later they let us know that they test is invalid and we have to come back. We went the 2nd time, 2 days later same call. They came to us this time. We assumed everything was fine and then 2 weeks later I get notification that not only is it not fine, but now they are refusing to do the test. Great experience! The place is super clean and organized and the lady at the front desk really helped me out. I’m terrified of needles but she did my blood draw with ease and I was able to do a drug screening for a new job all within the same appointment.
Stop looking because this is the place to get your service done. They were so polite and had awesome customer service. Very welcoming environment , and he did not hesitate to take a family picture!
