ARCpoint Labs of Omaha blows the competition out of the water! I switched from Quest Diagnostic's and now have been using them for almost four years now. Scott and his team are always prompt, friendly and provide a great environment for lab testing. Very family friendly if you need to the kids with!
The staff was very friendly and nice. Unfortunately they couldn’t clearly explain reasonable questions asked about their procedures. The price for the test seemed reasonable and then when adding an ETG onto a 9panel it was about double the price at a total of $100, no explanation as to why the pricing was so expensive, when it’s only a couple of dollars more for the same panel and ETG testing at a total of $59 in a town of 8,000 people. Everyone I have interacted with has been very friendly and helpful. They are easy to schedule with and have been quick and efficient with drawing blood for the tests I needed. Highly recommend!
