Everyone I have interacted with has been very friendly and helpful. They are easy to schedule with and have been quick and efficient with drawing blood for the tests I needed. Highly recommend!

Had a random dot drug test. Popped in ( no truck parking or access unless you’re Bob tail) But, I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Polite, Great friendly smiling faces on the staff. Would recommend for others
Smile at you while they twist the knife. I get it, not fun dealing with people that may be under pressure to pass some kind of testing for a job but they act all nice to you while they are giving you the test affording you water and not putting any pressure on you. Then after you relax and feel like you are going to be okay they have some other dude come over to you being all accusatory and the tone changes as he tells you it’s down to comply or else. Went there twice in one week, once for TSA pre-check biometrics and once for a company DOT drug test. Both visits were equally as pleasant. The staff is efficient (little to no waiting) and friendly, and the facility is clean and orderly. The lady at the desk at intake was especially polite, cheerful and helpful.
