Very interesting vibe in this place. I didn’t get the feeling it was legitimate when the woman taking my fingerprints told me she had to use her lotion on my hands and she was going to charge me $5! She didn’t smile or laugh so I assumed it wasn’t a joke. They also couldn’t process my company’s prepaid code. Then the credit card machine wasn’t working. I left there feeling I was either scammed or my identity was stolen. But sure enough I did receive confirmation from the State that my fingerprints were received!
This lab is highly unprofessional and completely disorganized. It’s been over a month since I had my blood drawn, and I still have not received my test results. I’ve called and left messages with no response, and the results are still not available in the patient portal. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it comes to people’s health. The staff who handle my paper was not helpful she right away sent me away from the premise because her reasoning was they don’t handle fingerprint card but she never listen to my statement if it is fine with me considering that situation. I feel I was being disrespected plus she has to utter it in public as if I was being humiliated and my business becomes public spectation. Staff needs training about respect and confidentiality since they handle sensitive information. Needs improvement regarding customer service.
I went in to get fingerprints done for work, and it went really well. When I went in it was very quiet, signed in, took my seat, the wait wasn't long, and once it was my turn, we went to a room where they took my fingerprints. I thought it was really cool how they do it now, bcuz the very last time I had my fingerprints done was in elementary school between 2003-2004 in kindergarten or 1st grade when link was used. Anyway I thought it would take a while, but it went surprisingly fast.
Went there to have fingerprints done. They ask you to arrive 10 minutes early. They took me back within one minute of my arrival. Also, the staff member was so friendly. Highly recommend!
