Friendly and efficient team. Nice and clean office. In and out, no waiting or complications.
The staff member who took my fingerprints was very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that I had zero wait and I in and out very quickly. Had some difficulty finding the building. Maybe you could just mention that you are on the first floor of the residence.
