Good Customer Service at a Medical Facility will knock you off your feet because it's so rare. I was blown away at how helpful Sarina from Arc Point Labs was both over the phone and in person. The guy who drew my blood was also great (and quite funny)! Highly recommend this location.
They were fast and friendly, I was in and out no time no wait and made it back in time for my shift. Keep up the fast and friendly work up. Would definitely recommend my family and friends. Thank you!
The process of collecting my blood to be spun into serum eye drops was very smooth. The office manager was so friendly and helpful. We were able to pick up the drops in two hours as promised.
The staff was great. Very friendly, prompt, attentive and professional Serena and the phlebotomist were calming, and funny. Weird thing to say for a stressful situation.
Absolutely fantastic service, the doctor I saw was so sweet and made sure I was talked through the entire service. Worth every cent of the fee! Will forever be getting my blood drawn here :)
