The staff was very polite and very quick to serve. I was greeted and helped soon as I walked in. The nurse that helped me made me feel important and aided me through out the process. For that thank you and I highly recommend this place!
We scheduled an appointment with ARCpoint for our TSA Precheck fingerprinting, and we were extremely satisfied with the customer service. The staff was quick, efficient, and genuinely friendly. During our visit, we noticed that they provide a variety of additional services that could be useful down the line. We highly recommend them!
We were warmly greeted and were able to keep our appointment time even though we were a little late in arriving. The person assisting us with our TSA Pre-Check appointment took care of us quickly and professionally and patiently answered out questions. Very satisfied with our experience there. Highly recommend them.
The young lady that assisted me was great. She kept me updated and was very customer oriented. I gave a 4 because the system was down and kept going in and out. It took over 2 hours to get the process done.
I sent a driver to be tested for a RTD test and it's been 3 weeks and no results. I have called several times. The driver has called several times and still no results. I also asked to be reimbursed for the test and I continue to get, I will look into it and give you a call back. No call back. Call the next day and still the same
