Even after I changed my appointment time twice, and then showed up at a different time, the staff at ARCpoint were gracious, helpful, professional, and kind. And, they adopted an especially caring and earnest and compassionate stance after learning of my previous difficulties with blood draws. Excellent all the way around!

I went in for a pre employment I-9 verification. It’s a fairly small lobby and quiet. From beginning to end, that is signing in until walking out, my appointment was maybe a total of 10 minutes. The staff are friendly, helpful, and were able to get my tasks done quickly.
I had an exceptional experience with this company and I really appreciate it. They Treat me with so much respect and the young ladies to help me outward just excellent and so kind. I will recommend this company to anyone job. Keep up the good work.
Super easy to work with, very friendly, and very accommodating! I a form of ID that wasn't an approved form of ID, they let me run home and grab a correct one without marking me with a missed appointment. Very helpful!
