Did not have an appointment and was taken back promptly. We got our TSA application with no problem in about 20 minutes. Wonderful!
It was easy to schedule my appointment. I was seen within two minutes of arriving at the location to complete my service. The person helping me was very polite and professional. I was in and out and around 10 minutes. I definitely recommend using this facility!
I believe that this location is understaffed and disorganized. Trying to get an appointment was not possible. Phone calls were not returned. An appointment time was marginally set with "be there before 10:30 AM and you should be ok". I arrived to standing room only in the waiting area. Should I require similar services in the future, I will select another service provider; however, the technician was courteous and professional.
I arrived at 1:50 pm for my 2pm appt, I noticed the lobby was tiny. I checked in, noticed 5 people waiting. The lady at the front did not greet me, or anybody. I waited for 23mins before I was called back. Ugh! I searched/selected this location because it was convenient. 👎🏿
Don’t bother coming here unless you have an appointment. They were completely dead inside and didn’t take me. I’ve never had to make an appointment at blood testing facilities before. Try to make an effort next time.
