It was easy to schedule my appointment. I was seen within two minutes of arriving at the location to complete my service. The person helping me was very polite and professional. I was in and out and around 10 minutes. I definitely recommend using this facility!
I believe that this location is understaffed and disorganized. Trying to get an appointment was not possible. Phone calls were not returned. An appointment time was marginally set with "be there before 10:30 AM and you should be ok". I arrived to standing room only in the waiting area. Should I require similar services in the future, I will select another service provider; however, the technician was courteous and professional.
I arrived at 1:50 pm for my 2pm appt, I noticed the lobby was tiny. I checked in, noticed 5 people waiting. The lady at the front did not greet me, or anybody. I waited for 23mins before I was called back. Ugh! I searched/selected this location because it was convenient. 👎🏿
DO NOT GO HERE! I came as a condition of my probation. Self payed. Was treated like a criminal. They refused to give me my results even though I was self pay then called me 2 weeks later saying I failed for thc and clearly I smoke weed. I do not smoke weed. They said I could have it reanalyzed for $200. I refused and went to Fast Test Labs of Alpharetta and they were wonderful and I got a negative result. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Do not go here.
Friendly staff, easy process, was able to get everything done in less than 20 minutes. Much easier than going to the airport with long wait times.
