Fast and efficient. I am in and out of there between 10-15 minutes even with blood draws and she is the best at doing the blood draws. Highly recommended. I travel a far distance just to ensure I don't have complications with my labs .so grateful I feel I can go to a lab I trust. Antonia runs the lab out there on Marginal Way in Seattle and she is just the best almost two years and I travel just to see her. 10/10 rate for me. ❤️🙏
Always friendly and caring staff! Makes having to do a random UA a pleasant and completely stress free experience. Actually makes me WANT to go in whenever I’m called for a random so I can say hello to everyone, have a good laugh and enjoy the break from work rather than it feeling like a burdensome office visit. Always a very pleasant experience!
My experience at this facility has been fast, professional and easy both years I was sent down for my random work test. People are nice and the place is efficient, clean and quick! Highly recommend
The staff member was respectful and efficient. It is a requirement of my job to get random drug tests but they are not something I enjoy. The ARCpoint lab and staff member made it a quick and respectful experience. Thank you!
When I had trouble finding the office, the owner personally functioned as my personal GPS and guided me to their office. The office was very professional and efficient, and the woman who helped me was incredibly helpful and was excellent. Turned what was initially a stressful event for me into a positive experience.
