Initially came at early morning for HSA fingerprinting, waited about an half of hour and then was kicked out because they pretended to be too busy and I did not appointment which was not required according to TSA Web site. Actually, the place did not appeared to be busy at all, there were just a couple of customers and pretty relaxed staff members chatting. This place of business is awesome. The staff is very friendly and professional. They got me in on time and the service was excellent.
Had to get my fingerprints done for work and ARCpoint of South Charlotte was a great place to go. I was in and out really quickly, and the person who assisted me was really friendly and super efficient. Everyone on the sign in sheet ahead of me was there for TSA Precheck - I'd highly recommend that service at this location as well as I witnessed them do it for someone and they were in and out just as fast as I was. Also, bonus, the chairs in the waiting area are very comfy :)
My experience was very professional, quick and efficient. The young man that helped me was very polite! 5 stars for sure!!!
The process was quick and easy. Maybe spent a total of ten minutes in there if that. Everything was straight forward.
