Initially came at early morning for HSA fingerprinting, waited about an half of hour and then was kicked out because they pretended to be too busy and I did not appointment which was not required according to TSA Web site. Actually, the place did not appeared to be busy at all, there were just a couple of customers and pretty relaxed staff members chatting. Had to get my fingerprints done for work and ARCpoint of South Charlotte was a great place to go. I was in and out really quickly, and the person who assisted me was really friendly and super efficient. Everyone on the sign in sheet ahead of me was there for TSA Precheck - I'd highly recommend that service at this location as well as I witnessed them do it for someone and they were in and out just as fast as I was. Also, bonus, the chairs in the waiting area are very comfy :)
I’ve used this company several times for my DOT employees and each time, I pay online and still have to call several time for the passes to give to my staff. But they take the payment immediately. The staff is not friendly over the line either. Next time I’ll be going to another company. Online processing shouldn’t need 2-3 phone calls. And the staff will tell you it’s best to call in. Then why do you have online services? Craziness
Well, I’m about personal contact. When you walk in your greeted by an iPad with fill in all of your information. Then you sit in the waiting room until they are good and ready to “pull back the curtain”. No one comes out to tell you anything until they are good and ready. NOT IMPRESSED Well, I will update this, after posting this the owner came out to apologize, he explained that the location was new and didn’t have the proper staff yet. Ok, I can live with that. They are very pleasant and professional.
Excellent service and very cordial. Helped me sign-in and answered a few questions too. I would definitely recommend their services.
