The person who assisted with my pre-employment drug test and physical was welcoming, friendly and professional. The entire appointment took about 35 minutes; was detailed and thorough yet conducted swiftly and cordially. I would recommend this medical team and service to any business.
ARCpoint Labs is a great place for lab work, I went in for drug and alcohol and the folks working there are great, I’m telling you, your in and out. It’s a good idea to physically bring your paperwork, I had a difficult time sending my email to theirs, so I had to call my people for them to email it themselves and it worked out perfectly. Maybe there was something wrong with my phone, so I was unable to send. Other than that all was perfect.
Receptionist at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. As I looked at other reviews with similar experience, there is an unfortunate trend of the people who are being treated this way. Hopefully their leadership addresses the issue. This happened from the moment I called the location to my arrival about 30-40 minutes afterwards.
Excellent service, fast, friendly staff. Highly recommend this place.
