ARCpoint Labs is a great place for lab work, I went in for drug and alcohol and the folks working there are great, I’m telling you, your in and out. It’s a good idea to physically bring your paperwork, I had a difficult time sending my email to theirs, so I had to call my people for them to email it themselves and it worked out perfectly. Maybe there was something wrong with my phone, so I was unable to send. Other than that all was perfect.
Receptionist at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. As I looked at other reviews with similar experience, there is an unfortunate trend of the people who are being treated this way. Hopefully their leadership addresses the issue. This happened from the moment I called the location to my arrival about 30-40 minutes afterwards.
Very courteous and professional staff. Helpful and knowledgeable; explained the process clearly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
I didn’t have an appointment, so I figured I would have to wait a while, but I didn’t. I was in & out with 10-15 mins. The staff were very friendly, polite, and explained everything they were doing & why. They also explained the paperwork process. I was well pleased with my whole experience.
Staff is pretty friendly, but I do wish I’d been verbally warned about the potential side effects of the b-12 shot I was offered.
