For anyone reading my previous post and the response from ARC point labs, let’s be honest. If you review any of the responses from this company, they are not willing to take responsibility for their actions. As a registered nurse, I will not accept verbal abuse nor arrogance towards myself either when I enter your facility. Person working there was nice. I got there at 11:55 and was told they went to lunch at noon so I had to wait in the lobby till they got back at 1pm. I wish they would’ve shown a little decency since i was the only one waiting and went ahead and did my test that took 2 minutes instead of making me wait. Over all it was good just don’t go near noon or you’ll have to wait.
Friendly but very poor service. I had a 10:10 appointment for fingerprints. I arrived early, signed in, and sat in the waiting area. There were 3 others in the waiting area but no one was getting called back. A person walked back on his own after waiting 45 minutes and needed to reschedule. He was told he could come back after lunch at 1pm. I walked back on my own 10 minutes later was called by name by the staff and was told she could do my fingerprints at that time. It was my first time being referred here from an employer to take a drug test for pre-employment. I walked in, a male receptionist asked me to electronically sign in. I was told to go in waiting area. A woman called me back to process my referral. I was also helped by her in the bathroom while she explained the whole process. It took about 10 minutes. I was in and out of there very quickly. I’m glad I was sent here
