Our new home build was a positive experience from day one. Jyl was our designer and she was amazing in helping us navigate the design work. She took our vision and directed us to making the perfect choices. Mark was our building superintendent and he was very easy to work with. Mark told us early on that until the closing, this was his house and he has high expectations for our (his) house. He was very helpful with questions or concerns. We recently closed on our home in Welden Village and absolutely love it! Dylan was super awesome to work with and the process was easy start to finish. Highly recommend!
Arden Homes are really "beautiful" "new" homes. See pictures. Beautiful: cracks on ceilings; water damage from HVAC/roof; beams dropped; bad drywall work in almost every room (both ceilings and walls). New: even not a single 10-years or 20-years old house needs so much labor to recover it to "new." BTW: this is only to follow guidlines. Original comments were recorded and put as evidence. Everyone at Arden from Jerri in Sales, Jyl in Design and Mark in Construction were great to work with. They listened to what we wanted and they want to please their clients. Anything needing attention along the way was addressed promptly and resolved to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Arden for a beautiful, well build new home.
