My Mom recently had a brief stay here. While here the staff was professional, very helpful and was prompt in dealing with our situation. The vibe was pretty positive, which most definitely helps in this type of environment. The Case manager was very helpful when it came to discharging my Mom. A couple weeks after leaving this facility I received 2 phone calls from this facility and they were just checking to see how my Mom was doing, which was very thoughtful and appreciated.
I was fortunate to be in this facility from July 25, 2025 - discharged on Friday, August 15, 2025, I can't say enough to express my gratitude for the excellent care I received. Everyone was caring and helpful. I especially have great admiration for the Certified Nurse Assistants-what an unpleasant job at times but always done with kindness and care beyond what anyone would expect. As an employee, I have had the privilege 2 work along with some really good God fearing people. And together we give it our best, one moment at a time. And ... I just ate some biscuits and gravy that taste better than the last restaurant I have!!
I am apart of the management staff and can say that the staff members really care for the resident here. If any concerns come up, please bring it to our attention and we will do our best to address in a timely manner, thank you.
Staff treated my husband very well. Well staffed, good food, good therapists. Nice outdoor area.
All I want to know is why no one answers the phone on the weekends especially the evening and particularly on Sundays? Why is my Mother's G-Tube always dislodged when it shouldn't be as often as often as it is? When will the unprofessional nursing staff figure out how to be better nurses because now I'm ready to make it public.

Posting for my grandma: I only gave it 2 stars because the receptionist is phenomenal and I hope her peers recognize that. I am so upset with how the phone system is there. I live out of state and I've been trying to get a hold of my sister or at least just hear her voice for the last 6 days. I know I'm being transfer and then I'm being hung up on, the way they answer the phone is so rude. If you are nurses, why are you there? I would not recommend this place.
