I recently visited this place, I attended here as a guest and was welcomed by a man at the desk. Unfortunately I was faced with some quite rude behaviour by him which made me feel uncomfortable, all I did was ask him a few questions and instead of being helpful, the responses he gave me were very passive aggressive. It’s a shame as I have been here before and all the staff are absolutely lovely. I did end up leaving earlier than I was meant to because of this.
