My wife and I bought this beautiful leather chair. Very comfortable and looks great. Sadly, we noticed the welting on one side came ‘undone’. There is no glue residue or nail/staple holes that I can see. I contacted the people that the store told me to, sent them a photo. I was informed the ‘warranty’ does not cover leather...its a freaking leather chair. Our kids are grown and it’s just us, this isn’t a wear and tear issue. It’s a QUALITY issue. This is not our only purchase from this store either, but it is my last.
