I've lived in Boulder since 2015, bought furniture everywhere here. I have never had an experience even close to my experience at Arhaus! Krista particularly was super patient with me while I was figuring out what I wanted (and I took my time). She and other staff members followed up with me, reached out with pieces that I might like, and remembered me every time I came in the store. Great and beautiful quality chairs. The only thing I didn’t like is that there is no option to pick up the items you buy. I called, and they said that you need to pay their mandatory shipping fee of $300, which is the same as the cost of a chair.
Update: After submitting this review, a specialist team contacted me. The woman I worked with was very helpful and apologetic. I am updating the review to 3 stars based on this development, but be forewarned ordering from the Boulder Arhaus store that you could have many hassles and not much response. Looked everywhere for the perfect cabinets and finally found them at Arhaus Boulder! Also found this wonderful rug too. The delivery guys and the communication from them was a wonderful experience.
I have never, ever given a business a negative review, but my experience with Arhaus was so disappointing. I stopped in to see the fabric for a chair that was on sale. I told the salesperson that I needed to take a photo of it to be sure it was a match. She looked them up online and said that there were 300 in stock, so no worries and no hurry.
