Patricia took us all around the store showing us different couches when we had NO idea what we wanted. She even offered for us to send her a picture of the space as well as measurements to have some options picked out ahead of time (big help since we have 2 children and work a lot) Patricia answered all of our many questions and reviewed all the options and combinations that would work with our room. 2nd time with horrible service. Was not in the store for 5 minutes when I was spoken to like a 5 year old. Furnished half my house in Chicago at Arhaus. Won't do it this time. Fool me once.......too many other stores to get furniture and great customer service.
