We had a wonderful experience today thanks to the help of MarLinda Jacobs- who was incredibly patient, resourceful, and helpful! We are very happy with our new TV stand, and very pleased with her costumer service.

Terrible customer service experience. Very poor communication on the status of products. Delivered severely damaged products repeatedly. Complaints about the damaged quality of items were ignored or not acknowledged until repeated attempts were made through multiple avenues over many months. Customer left in the dark about whether and how issues would be resolved. Promises made by Arhaus representatives for a satisfactory resolution were not always delivered without external accountability reinforcing good behavior. I strong... read more

I agree with Kelly's review below. BUYER BEWARE: The responsiveness and follow-ups only occur during the sale process; following the purchase, if you're trying to return defective furniture , you won't get any support. I called and email 13 times over the course of 27 days, only to be told the store can't help post-sale, and that I would need to work with Concierge. Concierge was somewhat helpful, but their support is limited to execution from the store. So, you're back to square one. It is approaching 30 days and still, zer... read more
