We bought a bedroom set here, and we love it. We had great service from Jason. He followed up all along the way and also after the sale. He cared about us and treated us with respect. A few weeks ago, we returned because we had such a good experience. Sadly, we didn't get Jason this time. We spent thousands on furniture pieces for the living room and dining room weeks' ago. I have purchased about 40,000 dollars worth of furniture at Arhaus and overall I have had a horrible experience with the delivery process, one of the pieces arrived with fingerprints all over it, months have passed and my daughter is still sleeping on the ground waiting for her bed, it took them more then 3 times to correctly assemble one of the beds I purchased, and when trying to contact arhaus to address the issues no one would answer.
