One day I went inside Arhaus - Sammaa came up to me with her friendly face and asked how she could help. I said “just browsing” and we talked and ended with “how about we make your house Arhaus” and then it was history. Sammaa gave spectacular recommendations about how I could save without sacrificing quality and especially the aesthetic aspect. I have visited the store multiple times. All the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Have been working with wonderful Sammaa for the past two years and she just goes above and beyond to get you what you want. She would remember you, text you with new items or promotions and will take care of your order until it is finally delivered to your home. She helped me get a full design of my living room with their in house designer (Alyssa) and helped me choose what was right for the space.

The customer service team is always quick to assist with any concerns, making the experience seamless. I had the pleasure to work with Samaa Elsherif . She was so helpful and had a good taste too . I bought a dining table and chairs that turned out to be gorgeous. Then I went back for an office desk and two tv consoles . Each time she would spend time with me helping me decide about what best fits my place .
