Arhaus is an exceptional brand on all levels. Unique styling, modern yet traditional influences from around the world. Sam was a wonderful designer that helped and the rest of the team went above and beyond to welcome us. They were attentive, knowledgeable and so helpful making the process seamless. I am so happy with my Paletta coffee table it makes the whole room! Arhaus is a great addition to Old Orchard. Now I don’t have to travel to Oakbrook anymore. Thank you so much, highly recommended.

We purchased a table and 6 chairs on September 17th. We were told the item was on back order and could expect an 8-10 week turn around time. Our sales person was Jorge. He wasn’t upfront about this delay; it wasn’t until I already checked out and made my purchase that I was informed of the back order. We’re 12 weeks out and I still don’t have the table. I would give them no stars if I could. There are to many other furniture stores around to waste your money at Arhaus. I can’t think of a worse furniture buying experience. The order was over a month late (almost 3 months). To make it worse, my sales person, Julia Murphy, lied to me multiple times and never returned a phone call no matter how many times she said she would.

Not very welcoming upon arrival. Walked around for 10 minutes. Numerous employees made eye contact with me and looked away quickly uninterested in assisting. Don't put a high end home furnishing store in Old Orchard with a non luxury staff.
