While Arhaus offers high-quality furniture and has a helpful showroom staff, the overall customer service experience is deeply disappointing. I placed an order at the end of November and have been met with total silence. They continue to push my delivery deadline without any notification.Given the premium price point, I expected luxury-level communication and accountability, not to be ignored.
I had a wonderful experience at this furniture store! The selection is impressive – there’s a wide variety of styles to choose from, whether you’re looking for modern, classic, or something in between. I walked into the store with my sisters to browse for furniture and decor for my new house I just got and we were made to feel unwelcomed. Right when we got in, the sales associate asked if we were looking for the mall. We said no and that we were looking around. She then told us that if we were looking for the mall, we couldn’t walk through the store. It felt dismissive and implied that we didn’t belong there or couldn’t afford the furniture.
