I had a fantastic experience working with Ana at Arhaus West Farms. She was incredibly helpful with the design services for my home and guided me through a few key pivots that made a big impact. She encouraged me to bring in some color, and her recommendations look gorgeous in our space. She also shared a great contractor who handled a mirror installation perfectly. Throughout the process, she was responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping us get it right. Highly recommend working with her!
Extremely frustrated with this experience. I ordered a $5,000 couch in November and was told delivery would be early January. When January came with no updates, I reached out and was told it was delayed to early March. Today I contacted them again since March is approaching and asked if they had a delivery date was told delivery is now pushed to April. I have worked repeatedly with Lisa S. who seamlessly translates my ‘minds eye’ into a curated look with her long experience in the design industry. It is because of her expertise, and incredible service that I return again and again. Thank you for offering reimagined quality pieces which allow designers like myself to separate themselves from the competition.
If I could give zero stars I would. We have had such a horrible experience with the Westfarms Mall store. Months ago we ordered furniture. Paid the balance and have continued to call and call and call to arrange delivery. And now we’re being told we owe more money. This may be the worst retail experience we’ve ever had.
The quality of furniture is amazing are Arhaus. Our shopping experience was great with the free perk of an in house designer.
