Have had and continue to have a great experience at Arhaus West Hartford. Currently working with Stephanie and Adam on 2 rooms which are coming out better than I could have imagined! The fabrics and selections that they have put together are stunning. They are always available whenever I pop in, and are always so helpful and pleasant. We first started to work with Arhaus -west farms a few months ago when we remodeled the house we purchased. We worked with George from day 1 and he has been amazing, every single time. He got to know us, and knows what would work on our space and our style. Our designer was Stephanie, who is incredible! She visited our home, took measurements and created a presentation for the majority of our living spaces. I was hesitant to purchase furniture from here after seeing the bad reviews but decided to take the risk. I am happy to say that both the purchasing & delivery process went smoothly, and my expectations were exceeded. Adam and Maria helped me with my orders, and they were both warm and friendly. Stephanie,our design consultant was incredible. Her tranquil , calming persona along with her smart design savvy, created an amazing space for us. I would rate her 10 stars !! Alivia was our sales design consultant. She was also just as amazing ! Her warm professionalism along with her design knowledge made her a joy to work with. She also gets 10 stars! They both truly are a dynamic talented combo.

I’ve been looking for an arch style bookcase for a few months and finally came across the perfect one with Arhaus. My husband and I went to the Westfarms location and everyone was very welcoming. Our consultant Scotch-Grey was so kind and patient as we thought through the purchase and was such a great help when we finally decided to move forward. I am so excited for the delivery to come and will definitely be returning for any future needs! Highly recommend this location.
