I am setting up a new studio for my business and had the pleasure of working with Jaret at Arhaus in Huntington. He was patient and thorough in showing me different options and made great suggestions for how else I might design my space. I kept adding more and more onto multiple orders which created additional work for him, but he was professional and organized with everything I threw at him. He continued to follow up to ensure everything was processed properly and to my satisfaction. Excellent experience ⭐️
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Arhaus. In good faith, I purchased over $10,000 of furniture from the company, expecting the premium quality and customer service that Arhaus advertises. Amazing experience furnishing my entire new home from Arhaus! I was moving to AZ from Long Island. Went in to Arhaus in Melville at the Walt Whitman Mall and met with Marianna R. She assured me no issue with the distance - Arhaus has a store in Scottsdale and a warehouse in Phoenix. So easy!
