We purchased a beautiful wood table and chairs recently. Our salesman was very good to deal with. Although our chairs took a little longer to arrive than estimated we are still in love with our purchase and it's transformed our dining area and get nothing but compliments on it.
Unresolved issue. They are not equipped or trained to address issues when things go wrong. I strongly discourage shopping here.

Arhaus and the team at Walt Whitman are fantastic. The customer service attention-to-detail from Tenisha and her manager has been really exceptional. On top of this, the product is gorgeous and the delivery service is excellent: good communication and careful delivery teams. What an incredibly positive shopping experience!
Few years back we bought items in arhaus Manhasset but had to return the bed. This time we went to Walt whitmall mall and on a whim walked in and found a great bedroom set for our son. It will definitely outlive is all. Fantastic quality and construction.
