Tony is wonderfully helpful and knowledgeable. He only cares about doing what is the best for the client and it shows. Highly recommend this shop and Tony. He is a breath of fresh air. This is a review for Tony at the Palm Springs location. We met Tony on vacation and had no intention to buy a sofa. He approached us to try the Coburn motion sectional and we ended up purchasing the sofa and the Finnley coffee table. There was a minor issue with delivery of the sofa but Tony went above and beyond to make sure our needs were addressed. Just don't ask them for sofa leg replacement. They are talking about "opening the case" and so on. Gave them measurement, color, shape nothing helps. So I am going to Amazon and buy 4 new legs.
