This has got to be one of the worst home stores in Southern California. The sales people are very unhelpful, and you can tell only greet certain customers. There was a group of five of us walked in today and we were near the front of the store not one person approached and two people passed us without greeting. Tony in the Palm Desert store has been excellent to work with, very knowledgeable and has a great designers eye.
First of all, the new Arhaus showroom is gorgeous and filled with lots of beautiful furniture pieces and accessories. Mia and David have been so patient with me as I’ve changed my order several times while awaiting the completion of our remodel. I love Arhaus!
We have really enjoyed working with Veronica Schipitsch at Arhaus Palm Desert. Veronica has helped us with some lovely additions to our home. She has great attention to detail and everything she has recommended looks amazing. We would also like to give 5 stars to their delivery employees who are respectful and great to work with. Overall - a lovely experience!
Bryce is absolutely the best sales person!! He listens to what you want. He has a keen eye for design and detail. He is not a pushy salesperson but someone who wants your home to look beautiful! I would highly recommend him and his beautiful designs. He was absolutely lovely to work with. Great job Arhaus on hiring him and providing quality furniture.
