One day, shortly after the Palisades fire, I found myself in the Arhaus store. I quickly met Tony who was very helpful and knowledgeable. This has got to be one of the worst home stores in Southern California. The sales people are very unhelpful, and you can tell only greet certain customers. There was a group of five of us walked in today and we were near the front of the store not one person approached and two people passed us without greeting.
