I had a great experience purchasing furniture for my house. Hilary was extremely helpful and patient (I spent a long time trying to pick the right fabric for my couch). I would 100% recommend Hilary for any of your needs at Arhaus. She is extremely knowledgeable and I will be back because of my amazing experience there. Exceptional service received at the Winter Park store! Prior to my visit, I spoke with Carol by phone regarding a specific dining chair and fabric. Though the exact chair not on display, Carol confirmed a swatch of the fabric I was interested in was available, and then offered to showcase similar chair styles. Upon arriving at the store, Carol greeted me warmly and promptly presented the swatch - that is what I call excellent preparation and customer focus! First class store and service. We visited on the first weekend open and had a great experience. Court was knowledgeable about the products and wasn’t pushy. He gave great design advice and was very personable. We returned a few weeks later and had the exact same experience. It’s a gorgeous store and the furniture is high quality. Highly recommend you check them out.
I've done lots of furniture shopping and this, by far, was the best experience. When I walked through the door I was greeted by Hilary Ward, and she is the #1 reason I'm writing this review. She took the time to educate me about the store and asked relevant questions about what I was trying to accomplish. I felt like I had my own personal interior designer with me! She made the entire process easy, fun, and educational. A HUGE thank you to Hilary for her time and expertise!
Giving two stars simply because the furniture and decor is gorgeous as expected. The service, however, is off-putting. I am not new to Arhaus. I have been to the Palm Beach Gardens location several times where I have purchased several decorative pieces. Today, My fiancee and I went to the store in search of an L shaped banquette or something of similar design as we are in the process of designing our breakfast nook.
