Wonderful experience, for my first time visiting this new store Jeffrey The store manager was amazing!!!!!! He was wonderful attentive, knowledgeable, polite, helpful and an overall gentleman. Exceptional service received at the Winter Park store! Prior to my visit, I spoke with Carol by phone regarding a specific dining chair and fabric. Though the exact chair not on display, Carol confirmed a swatch of the fabric I was interested in was available, and then offered to showcase similar chair styles. Upon arriving at the store, Carol greeted me warmly and promptly presented the swatch - that is what I call excellent preparation and customer focus! I had a great experience purchasing furniture for my house. Hilary was extremely helpful and patient (I spent a long time trying to pick the right fabric for my couch). I would 100% recommend Hilary for any of your needs at Arhaus. She is extremely knowledgeable and I will be back because of my amazing experience there. I've done lots of furniture shopping and this, by far, was the best experience. When I walked through the door I was greeted by Hilary Ward, and she is the #1 reason I'm writing this review. She took the time to educate me about the store and asked relevant questions about what I was trying to accomplish. I felt like I had my own personal interior designer with me! She made the entire process easy, fun, and educational. A HUGE thank you to Hilary for her time and expertise!

First class store and service. We visited on the first weekend open and had a great experience. Court was knowledgeable about the products and wasn’t pushy. He gave great design advice and was very personable. We returned a few weeks later and had the exact same experience. It’s a gorgeous store and the furniture is high quality. Highly recommend you check them out.
