I had a very disappointing experience at the Arhaus Loft store in Stafford, TX. I was in the store yesterday, sitting on a piece of furniture and speaking with my sales representative about purchasing it when another sales rep suddenly came over and placed a “sold” sign on it, saying another customer was ready to buy. I found this extremely unfair and unprofessional — especially from a store that presents itself as a high-end furniture retailer.
