I never leave reviews but I had to for this one. Twenty minutes into the zoom appointment she was a no show. I had to call lifestance’s office and they pinged her for a few minutes before she replied and then she claimed she had been online the whole time and it was a teach issue. It was totally not believable. I gave her a chance to be truthful and she didn’t take it. She looked like she wasn’t ready for the appointment (disheveled and panicked like she had just woken up).
