Living at Arium has been a good experience. Buddy and the service team are timely and helpful. The front office staff has been understanding of any issues which has made me want to consistently renew my lease! Keep it up!
Please DO NOT MOVE to this apartment complex. My car has been broken into twice. They are young kids that keep breaking into cars especially if you drive a Hyundai or Kia. The apartment complex will not let you break your lease even if your car gets broken into multiple times. PLEASE PLEASE do not live here.
Move in was the day before thanksgiving! I was so stressed moving in right before a major holiday but the ladies at the office helped so much by having such an easy move in ! I love how spacious the apartment is. The community is quiet. I love how convenient it is to uptown and southend. It’s just a great and affordable apartment. I’ve only been here for a week but so far im happy !
Stop by Arium Freemore West after touring some apartments around, and met Candida, the property manager, was her lucky day because the internet was out, regardless of all this issue, she gave me all the information and even without an appointment she took me to see 2 units. I really like the floor plan and if I get the job in Charlotte I know where I will be moving in!
I love ❤️ my apartment. It’s nice and clean and absolutely beautiful 😻. I wouldn’t change it for the world. The only problem I have is how nice the ladies in the office is. They are so sweet, welcoming and friendly. I transitioned here from from out of town and they make me feel like I’m a part of Arium and at home 🏡 home.
