This place is amazing. It’s beautiful, quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. Maintenance is quick to fix things, they are absolutely lovely to deal with and always take care of the community. Arlene and Mae-Lynn in the leasing office have shown me nothing but compassion and care when dealing with me. And I definitely can be mildly annoying! I feel safe here and am happy I chose to live here.
I had an excellent experience at ARIUM Lincoln Pointe! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all the questions I had regarding the property and unit I was interested in. I had the pleasure of working with Arleen whom gave me a tour of the unit and amenities. She not only answered all my questions but provided detailed information about the leasing process. I love living here. The community is very welcoming, quiet, & safe for my son & I. There are always activities for us to participate in within the community. Arleen Colon Jimenez is the best property manager ever. She always makes sure all my questions are answered and is very efficient. She makes sure she is always friendly and respectful to all the residents in the community. With a property manager like Arleen, I don’t think twice about renewing my lease each year.
Do not recommend. I’ve lived here for a little over a month and I’m already regretting my decision. It’s dirty. The fridge didn’t work and had bugs in it when I moved in. The air conditioner is so old and dirty. I suspected mold in my vents so they came put spray paint over it and did a “duct cleaning”. The fumes gave me a nose bleed. No care at all from Arleen (manager). She’s nice when you sign, after that everything is YOUR FAULT. Register your car as a resident and will still get parking tickets. I had a distressing experience on 12/07/2023 when Arium management entered my property illegally violating Florida Statute 83.53(2). They stole my personal property, including a computer and a scale, and even removed kitchen and bathroom fixtures while I was still leasing the apartment, please see photos. I STRONGLY caution against moving here. Please review the attached photos for reference. ARLEEN COLON JIMENEZ is very unprofessional.
