Stopped by today for a few minutes to view the property with family and I will say the place was as expected, nice and welcoming. The one thing that stood out when entering the leasing office was the amazing scent through the lobby. Whatever they are doing is worth a great first impression. My Family noticed it and even mentioned it in the car ride home and therefore i think this deserves a postive review.

Great value!!! Beautiful, updated units, peaceful feeling of the surroundings. Amazing prices! The management team is great, respectful, customer oriented. Kamala is a delight, super professional, kind, and efficient!
You can easily find way better places for the same price! Arium feels stuck in the last century — there are zero security cameras, so literally anyone can walk in and steal your packages without a trace. And the worst part? The management. Arleen is by far the most unprofessional, careless property manager I’ve ever dealt with. She’s the reason this place keeps losing residents and money. If you want headaches, frustration, and zero accountability, this is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
