My apartment has flooded over 3 times in 2 months , the ceiling still leaks - getting a hold of someone in the office is impossible and they probably won’t be able to help anyway. Don’t reccomend , already counting down the days to leave. Update ** since my time at Lincoln pointe is coming to end (thank god) I want to highlight how bad this place is and the parking situation along with everything else. Do not recommend. I’ve lived here for a little over a month and I’m already regretting my decision. It’s dirty. The fridge didn’t work and had bugs in it when I moved in. The air conditioner is so old and dirty. I suspected mold in my vents so they came put spray paint over it and did a “duct cleaning”. The fumes gave me a nose bleed. No care at all from Arleen (manager). She’s nice when you sign, after that everything is YOUR FAULT. Register your car as a resident and will still get parking tickets. This place is amazing. It’s beautiful, quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. Maintenance is quick to fix things, they are absolutely lovely to deal with and always take care of the community. Arlene and Mae-Lynn in the leasing office have shown me nothing but compassion and care when dealing with me. And I definitely can be mildly annoying! I feel safe here and am happy I chose to live here.
The property manager (PM) Arleen Jimenez, the Assistant Manager Mayelin and the leasing agent Noemi are extremely nice and helpful. The PM, called me personally to explain the process and worked with me to ensure I had the best moving experience and best financial experience. The property is super clean and cozy, in the heart of Aventura. The leasing office is beautiful. I am so grateful to entire team. -Julie and Ken (new) and this is from the heart ❤️.
Arleen is such an amazing property manager! She feels more like a friend when she helps me with literally anything. As busy as she is, she makes herself available for the community and she knows how to get things done. My favorite thing about her is the way she puts on amazing events for everyone.
