Do not recommend. I’ve lived here for a little over a month and I’m already regretting my decision. It’s dirty. The fridge didn’t work and had bugs in it when I moved in. The air conditioner is so old and dirty. I suspected mold in my vents so they came put spray paint over it and did a “duct cleaning”. The fumes gave me a nose bleed. The property manager (PM) Arleen Jimenez, the Assistant Manager Mayelin and the leasing agent Noemi are extremely nice and helpful. The PM, called me personally to explain the process and worked with me to ensure I had the best moving experience and best financial experience. The property is super clean and cozy, in the heart of Aventura. The leasing office is beautiful. I am so grateful to entire team. -Julie and Ken (new) and this is from the heart ❤️.
I had a distressing experience on 12/07/2023 when Arium management entered my property illegally violating Florida Statute 83.53(2). They stole my personal property, including a computer and a scale, and even removed kitchen and bathroom fixtures while I was still leasing the apartment, please see photos. I STRONGLY caution against moving here. Please review the attached photos for reference. ARLEEN COLON JIMENEZ is very unprofessional.
It is my second year living at ARIUM Lincoln Pointe and I have nothing but great things to say about the property. The property management team is very professional and on top of all communications with the tenants. Arleen has been very helpful when reached out to with any issues whether is maintenance or any leasing questions. Beautiful apartment complex! My maintenance requests are done in a timely manner, the staff there is always friendly and listens to my concerns and make sure there is something done about them. I love the pool that’s my favorite amenity! I couldn’t ask for a better home! 😁
