A great experience from my first tour of my unit through today. Jovanski Dean Colon was my first contact and he pretty much guided me through every aspect. Mary Ann Martinez and Diana Ortega assisted me with issues about the gate with such kindness that I so appreciate. My apartment was spotless when I moved in. I had some requests as a safety bar installation in the bathroom. I’m 77 years old and have mobility issues. Me and My son have lived here since October of 2023 we did a 15-month lease and we recently renewed our lease for another 15 month. I like the apartment it is nice cozy and roomy. I love the lake and outside area and screened in patio. I wish they would keep the 2nd pool clean and open like the main clubhouse pool otherwise other than that this place is a nice complex and the staff are nice and fix our issue quickly.
I was in a rush to look for a new apartment. Misty Stephen, the leasing agent, gave me and my father a tour of the community and showed us a 2/2 Bradford floor plan model. Misty was very friendly and explained everything clearly. We applied the next week and got approved. Maryanne, the Property Manager, called to tell us the good news, and both she and Misty kept in constant contact and were very responsive to all my questions and concerns. The complex is lovely. I believe in honest reviews. Let me first start by saying I had great expectations for this place considering how nice the complex appears and staff are. Unfortunately, I was proven wrong and was immensely mislead. Not only were we denied viewing the apartment due to “renovations,” but was given an apartment literally out of a horror movie. When I moved in, these apparent “renovations” were still being done. Moved in with missing kitchen cabinets, which were to be upgraded. Unprofessional.
