Hender came to fix my AC and had it working again very quickly, leaving the work area clean. The property has an outstanding maintenance team, friendly and kind. The supervisor Ramon is always on top of everything, you couldn’t ask for a better group. A special shout-out to Mary Ann, who is always helpful and consistently goes the extra mile. I highly recommend this community to all my friends and family.
Living here has been great. Weekly lawn care, valet trash 5 days a week, and there has not been a time where any of my maintenance concerns have been delayed or not attended to. The turnaround time on maintenance is very fast, faster than I’ve ever experienced within the same day. The staff is always very friendly, helpful and informative. Very pleased with my experience here at ARIUM Mariners Village! I had previously posted a 5 star review after touring an apartment here and decided to post a new one since I moved in. The staff is SO responsive and friendly, specifically the leasing staff & maintenance. The grounds and amenities are very well maintained. The community is gated and is in a great location close by to several shopping centers and only a 15 min drive to downtown Orlando and MCO Airport! I wish i knew from this place a long time ago. This apartments are clean. All the common areas, the pools. Very quiet place and the staff Maryann, Nashaly, Diana, Henderson and Ramon are super great and friendly. I just move and in more than 10 years in Orlando i fell safe and i could get home and have some fresh air.
I’m a current and previous resident here, was planning to stay put here for awhile but that’s changed and this office is shady and making statements that aren’t matching up with their proof. (Policy changes. Maintenance isn’t allowed to put vinyl floors anymore? 178.44 fix?) I made a maintenance request for a barely 1x3 INCH hole in my kitchen vinyl floor.
