I was in a rush to look for a new apartment. Misty Stephen, the leasing agent, gave me and my father a tour of the community and showed us a 2/2 Bradford floor plan model. Misty was very friendly and explained everything clearly. We applied the next week and got approved. Mary ann recieved me and my sister with los of love and was very welcoming. Was very paitient and mary also has helped with every single step. Both her and Kathy hace been avaiable to help and answer all questuons through this firat time experience.

I am very fed up with living here, and I moved here 3 months ago. I knew I was moving in to somewhere that was an older building with downgraded appliances but this is getting beyond ridiculous. When I first moved in I noticed a mildew odor that I thought would just go away with time. I bought plug in febreeze plugs and spray my apartment, never went away. My patio screens fall apart whenever there is a breeze. I complained about the beat up cabinets, floor boards, and mirrors in the pictures. They said they would replace t... read more

USED to be a nice affordable place. But unfortunately Arium's greed & lack of care ruined this place. It has so much potential, but with aged interiors, old appliances, bare minimum amenities and a bad lack of parking for some buildings, this place just does not warrant a $1700+ one bedroom price. The rent here has gone up by $500+ in less than 3 years and the place looks pretty much exactly the same, just different paint on the outside -- Kinda tells you everything you need to know. I’m writing this honest review & hopefully it doesn’t put a target on my stay here but I will say the staff Mary Ann & Misty are super helpful and welcoming which is truly why I gave any stars. Moving forward, the first apartment I was scheduled to move into is roach infested and was not clean at all… which I asked multiple times could I view the unit prior to move in (now I see why I was told No!) so I was given another option to move in to a different apartment which I accepted but I can’t lie I’ve been crying since 1/13/... read more
