Living here has been great. Weekly lawn care, valet trash 5 days a week, and there has not been a time where any of my maintenance concerns have been delayed or not attended to. The turnaround time on maintenance is very fast, faster than I’ve ever experienced within the same day. The staff is always very friendly, helpful and informative. I wish i knew from this place a long time ago. This apartments are clean. All the common areas, the pools. Very quiet place and the staff Maryann, Nashaly, Diana, Henderson and Ramon are super great and friendly. I just move and in more than 10 years in Orlando i fell safe and i could get home and have some fresh air.
Coming from Massachusetts, I lived at this complex for six months. It’s a great residence. The staff is very attentive, and I’d especially like to thank Diana. The place is quiet, safe and family-friendly. The gym and the pools are a big plus.
I was in a rush to look for a new apartment. Misty Stephen, the leasing agent, gave me and my father a tour of the community and showed us a 2/2 Bradford floor plan model. Misty was very friendly and explained everything clearly. We applied the next week and got approved. Maryanne, the Property Manager, called to tell us the good news, and both she and Misty kept in constant contact and were very responsive to all my questions and concerns. The complex is lovely. I called for a straight price. I asked for the total move in and the monthly total with every required fee. They would not give an exact number and would not email an itemized quote for the unit they were selling. Lots of talk about daily pricing and admin fees. Zero transparency. If you value clear numbers and written quotes, look elsewhere.
