We have lived in our apartment here in royal palm beach for almost two months . From the day we met the maintenance guys ,Andre ,Miguel and vactoria .They has been a perfect example of a landlord. Customers service I am a new tenant here and I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the leasing mgmr Nancy. I had a few concerns that needed to be addressed immediately and she did not hesitate to inform the maintenance personnel about. Nancy ensured to me that things would be taken care of and it does appear that they are in a expeditious manner by the staff. AJ Petrillo This past week a car overshot parking and crashed into our AC units outside building, knocking out the AC in our apartments. The property had brought over and hooked up a portable AC before I got home that night!! The next day I had 4 updates on the progress and a promise that there would be more portables that day if the repairs couldn't be completed. Sure enough, there were-amazing service and communication. I'm seriously impressed.

Steven I have been here almost 3 years and I love it. The lake view is awesome. I haven't caught any fish yet but I'm still trying. Very professional and helpful office. Great care in handling packages and maintenance issues. The car care port is a nice touch.
