Nice dream place to a nightmare This used to be a very nice place to live under previous manager. Have lived here for passed 3 years. It has never been this worst. Nothing is working as far as management. They don't care.
Monster ROACHES everywhere. Living condition is horrible. You see roaches every time you get into kitchen no matter how clean you keep your kitchen, apply roaches gel and spray. Have raised request for pest control many times but did not find it helpful. Management just be ignorant about this situation.
Management doesn’t care I’m on the second floor and could constantly here the people upstairs moving around but it’s to be expected in apartment living. Then the upstairs tenants moved out and the noises got much worse!! Come to find out that they removed the carpet and put a laminate floor in. They have a child who runs all over the apartment and sometimes bounces balls in the apartment. This happens from 7 am all the way until some nights at midnight. New Management Sucks The new Management(Caroll) sucks and they said they couldn't respond to AC broken unit over the weekend. It was 78 degress with humidity outside and they said it is not an emergency and couldn't respond until the following Monday. We had to stay in this hot and humid balloon all over the weekend. If you have kids, please do avoid coming to this community as they always go by their own rules than the tenants problems. And another big problem in these apartments is ROACHES. Dont waste your time or peace of mind... Very unprofessional. Its true they dont worry about tenant issues from apartments.
Worst Apartments and Worst Response Worst apartments to stay, staff do not care about the tenants prob. All units have water leaking prob..
