ACOSM did a knee surgery (TPLO) on my 100 lb. dog. This is my second dog I've brought in for care there. The entire crew at ACOSM shows compassion and skill when working with dogs before during and after the procedure. This made our experience a huge success. They make a big effort to keep the environment positive for the dogs. My dog showed a bit of unexpected aggression when they went to get him out of the kennel. The most amazing staff amazing doctors. We were able to watch both surgeries. Bella had two full hip replacements and really felt like she was the only dog there. I was well communicated with, we were even given cell phone numbers. They dealt with my craziness while the healing was happening. I wish all vets could be like this.
