I absolutely love this office, Shelby Wilson and Dr. Terry Lee are awesome! The entire staff is great! Considering this is the type of doctor that treats a horrible disease, the staff is so friendly and caring which makes the entire process easier to deal with. I thank them all for their incredible care, great personalities and the way they keep you informed and engaged in the entire treatment process.
The Doctors and staff are very helpful during this tough time for my fiance. They take time to explain things to us in a way he can understand.We do not feel like we are just a number like some doctors make you feel.
The paperwork is difficult with 21 pages of hard copies before starting the appointment. They requested that I arrive 45 minutes ahead of my appointment to fill out paperwork OR submit my private medical information through an email. There was no evidence this email being protected and I had no choice but to send my private information through an unsecure email. Shelby is what I wish all medical personnel were like. She takes time and listens to what I have to say. She is Top Notch!
Everyone from receptionists to the technicians who work on me to the doctors who saw me to check in progress have been friendly courteous and professional. The people who have worked with me are wonderful. I am very satisfied with everything so far. Now hopefully the treatments work
