The Doctors and staff are very helpful during this tough time for my fiance. They take time to explain things to us in a way he can understand.We do not feel like we are just a number like some doctors make you feel.
ACCC has treated me with excellent care and respect throughout the entire process. They kept me informed and were easy to work with. I truly felt like my care was important to each person I met with from the front desk through the medical professionals.
Shelby is what I wish all medical personnel were like. She takes time and listens to what I have to say. She is Top Notch!
Well, I'll be honest, I hope I never have to go through this again. But if I did this is definitely the place I would go They were a great bunch of people to work with. So yes, I would highly recommend it
The paperwork is difficult with 21 pages of hard copies before starting the appointment. They requested that I arrive 45 minutes ahead of my appointment to fill out paperwork OR submit my private medical information through an email. There was no evidence this email being protected and I had no choice but to send my private information through an unsecure email.
