Horrible phone service, agent Jose was EXTREMELY unhelpful and refused to schedule make an appointment for my grandmother's eye infection that has spread to her other eye. To him this was not emergent and could wait until February or March. When I asked to speak to his supervisor he was evasive.
The lady up front (facing counter to the left) has the most cringe voice 😬. I'd let that go but she's not that friendly, is a lil pushy and she lets EVERYONE know your business as she is clearly unaware of how to use an 'inside voice'. HIPPA does not apply here. Good luck making an appointment within 6 weeks.
Absolutely the worst ! The girl Elizabeth never returns calls after leaving several messages. Besides the very long wait time until someone answers the phone. If you get the message about pressing 2 for a call back without losing your place in line, it could be hours before you get a call back. I have never experienced so much trouble with getting a contact lens prescription.constantly being left on hold, seems like nobody knows what’s going on. I totally recommend not using them
Doc, I will always be grateful for how well you took care of my eye problem about a year ago and had planned to come back and get the other eye taken care of but cant see doing that now 😉. As of today I received a call from your billing department claiming I owe 60 bucks for non payment of co pays and that is absolutely wrong. I paid by card a few times and cash a few times at every visit and it's nothing less than than a insult to have someone calling claiming I owe a penny.
