Terrible front desk Service. If I recall front desk clerks name was Rosario, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I asked her if was upsetting her because I chose to have my mother seen at Goodyear office when she was scheduling her, she told me “I understand, but the Dd wants to see her in 2 months”. She became irritated with me and told me “I understand but the Dr wants to see her in 2 months and soonest is in Buckeye”. Her replies were short and very unprofessional. Appointments are pretty far out. Had to reschedule my appointment in November 2025 due to my youngest having a more important appointment and they rescheduled it to January or February 2026. My insurance only recommended this company. When I called to make an appointment for my son asking to make an appointment for new glasses since his current ones were broken and has not had an appointment for his eyes in 2 years. This rating in no way reflects on the excellent staff & Dr Reed, who is an excellent doctor. I have sent five star reviews on this location. I had an appointment today and then ended up waiting one hour before I saw the doctor. 30 minutes of that time was sitting in the exam chair which always plays havoc on my back. This low rating is for the people/system that does the scheduling. Dr Reed was way over schedule today causing the long wait. Do better Az Eye Specialists!
The lady up front (facing counter to the left) has the most cringe voice 😬. I'd let that go but she's not that friendly, is a lil pushy and she lets EVERYONE know your business as she is clearly unaware of how to use an 'inside voice'. HIPPA does not apply here. Good luck making an appointment within 6 weeks.
Absolutely the worst ! The girl Elizabeth never returns calls after leaving several messages. Besides the very long wait time until someone answers the phone. If you get the message about pressing 2 for a call back without losing your place in line, it could be hours before you get a call back. I have never experienced so much trouble with getting a contact lens prescription.constantly being left on hold, seems like nobody knows what’s going on. I totally recommend not using them
