I have been taking a family member here for a little over a month due to an ongoing issue. They kept telling her to come back for check ups and by the last appointment today the staff was rude and acted irritated that she was there. Specifically Dr. Winkler. He was dismissive and unpleasant. Sometimes people are nervous about health issues and it's a doctor's duty to make them comfortable. He needs to work on his attitude.
This place i s the worst! They have text me four times. In those four times I have tried to call. The "call back" game is garbage! It does hold you rplace in line and then it will click on you. You will wait countless hours on the phone just TRYING to speak to a human. They also text in off hours as well (not pertaining to an appointment reminder). This office is impossible to schedule with. I received a referral in July 2024 and never heard back. After following up with my PCP, they resent the referral, and someone finally called me in early August. The earliest available appointment was in October, but a week before the appointment, it was canceled. I rescheduled for November, and on the morning of that appointment, they canceled again. You cannot get in to get an appt for months and when you do, they cancel on you. It took over 2 hours to “talk” to a live person today and she could care less. I am changing eye doctors. I have been struggling for over a year and THEY don’t care.
Arrived for my appointment and was brought back to the examination room. There, a very nice person checked some things and preped me for the doctor. Then, I waited and waited and waited.... after almost 40 minutes, and feeling forgotten about, I looked outside in the hallway and no one was in any room I could see. No one checked on me to let me know they were running late or if there was an emergent issue and needed to reschedule. Nothing. I ended up just leaving.
