Good luck getting someone on the phone. The phone wait times are horrendous. You can NEVER get through to speak to someone!
I had seen a doctor at this practice and followed up to schedule a surgery. I called multiple times and left messages with increasing urgency as my condition is quite debilitating. No one ever returned my call. I then called the main number and waited on hold for 30min to find out that the doctor I had seen left their practice. While I waited on hold their recorded claims of being patient centric rang hollow.
Waited 3 hours to see doctor last visit. Been here 90 minutes today. It's freezing in this office too. They may have great doctors but I'll never know until I actually see one. Someone needs to learn time management.
