Cataract surgery went great. Dr Floyd and her staff were highly professional and took the time to answer questions and explain in advance what the various procedures would entail. Surgical center staff were wonderful and explained what to expect as we went along. I was highly satisfied with the outcome

I give up on this company. They don't answer their phone. When they call back it's whenever they get to it. There's no compassion. I had cataract surgery and my eye turned out all hazy and cloudy. They won't tell me what's wrong with my eye. It's been several weeks. It's a nightmare. It was cloudy the second or third day after the surgery. It's a scary thought you could lose your eye sight and these people don't care. I'd never recommend this place. If my eye will eventually clear up they need to tell me

Dr Anne Floyd was my eye specialist. The first time I met her I was amazed at how young and knowledgeable she was. She explained everything in detail and told me about the problems with my eyes and gave me options. I went with what I felt would benefit me in the long term. Everything in her office was well organized from station to station and scheduled visits. Everyone knew their position and did it well. Before coming to the office for the first time I called both of my vision plans to verify they bill and accept my plans . New patient appt. After visit the script samples I received I had a hard time seeing clearly, so I called and I was told that since I caked within so many weeks of first appt I could come in at no charge for the Dr to review. I brought back all the samples given and my old RX I was given a lower script than my previous RX and I count see clearly..So dr have me the same strength and TOLD me NO CHARGE... read more

I was given a referral and have been trying to get an appointment for a couple of weeks. I wait on hold until they finally give me no choice on the automated system but to either leave a voice mail or request a call back. I have not received any calls back, and I'm starting to panic. I have lost the vision in my left eye, and my right eye is getting more blurry every day. I really need help and this is the practice recommended by my PCP. What else can I DO???
