After working there for almost 3yrs, the mercy they had on me when i was going through a homeless time with my family, was a God-send. Thank you! It will never be forgotten & forever appreciated! Im just sad that the few that killed the policies for the rest of us, began to make it not as fun as the beginning.
Though the nurses were great, the billing department is an absolute nightmare. I paid off my account in full with my debit card over the phone, only to have them continue to send me bills for over a year. I asked multiple times for them to send me a complete statement of charges, since thay had ensured me it was paid off. The best I got was an email that had two charges typed into it.
