Dr. Horzempa has been extremely helpful. I started seeing him after my former primary care doctor told me that my issues were just related to aging and there was nothing he could do. Most physicians these days have 20 minutes maximum with patients and don't have the time to address anything other than the absolute basics. Thorough, expert and caring, Dr. Horzempa goes well beyond most practitioners to find root causes and optimize health. His team includes a physical therapist, nutrition/health coach, integrative pharmacist and RN, all working in concert with the doctor. Follow up appointments are an hour long and comprehensive. I feel fortunate to have found his practice!
My time with Dr Horzempa is always very Informative. I think he is brilliant and I tell him so. He always has new information to share. Because of Dr. Horzempa I have a life to live. He is an answer to prayer!
Dr Horzempa and his whole team are great! They listen, and tailor your care to your specific needs. Certainly not one size fits all. I’ve had concierge medicine in 4 different states, AIM is top tier!
Great experience with Dr. Daniel Horzempa and his staff. The doctor and his staff are genuinely concerned about the patient's health and well-being. The doctor is very knowledgeable and gives very good suggestions to improve the patient's health.
