I’ve had two excellent experiences with Arizona Pain at the Chandler Warner location. The communication between the entire staff was excellent from scheduling my first visit, to dealing with an injury from a MVA for my son. The providers are calm and take their time explaining why and how the care plan would play out. We also had zero issues when it came to working with our attorney for the MVA! Highly recommend Arizona Pain! Also a plus that the office is neat and clean.
Everyone at Arizona pain Center are friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Every time I’ve been in to the facility which has been for about 4 1/2 five months now I’ve had no issues at all. Dr. Myers and his assistant have been able to take care of all my issues and pain that I’ve had. I feel they truly care about all of their patients. Thank you all.
Dr Meyers is an amazing individual. Prior to performing any treatment, he made sure he understood my issues by reviewing with me my MRI's. He explained in detail what he could do for me and what would not work. Without his keen eye and attention to detail, someone else may have paralyzed with their standard treatment for pain. He was able to identify my spine issues and get me in to see the proper doctor for the correct treatment. I will always go back to Dr. Meyers for his professional health assessment on me. This place has the worst customer service. They put you on hold without evening telling you they will. My mom has a mild surgery appointment, and they canceled it due to her insurance situation and informed us that they would find another facility to do her surgery, and that was since December. Until now, we haven't heard from them, and every time I call, they say they will call back. That didn't happen. And everyone I spoke to was rude and unprofessional! Good doctors and an excellent surgical/operation center. Unfortunately I'm giving the lower rating due to being misled about my insurance with regards to how they cover the place. I'm not sure if it was incompetency or the fact of how new my insurance is and that it's a UHC subsidiary (Surest / Bind). Other than that good so if you have no insurance issues then they are a great choice.
