I don’t review things too often but felt the need just based on the number of negative reviews of this place. I figure if they do something right they deserve some positive reviews too. Short version: they got the job done just fine. I had a beautiful experience with this company. I contracted them through my home warranty. They responded promptly and courteously. They arrived in the part of the window timeframe that I requested and did the repair thoroughly, quickly and neatly. They also confirmed the day before and called after the work was completed to make sure all was well. And they always thanked me for taking their call, providing customer service like you don't see much anymore.

My families fridge stopped working so we had to call Lowe's and they sent out Ava repair. Alex was the technician. He did not fix our fridge he just diagnosed it and then Lowe’s for some reason sent another company out. The new people came out today and I explained to them that someone else was out and what Alex said was the problem. The guy started trash talking and cussing about him not knowing anything and told me that was not it.
