Absolutely the worst repair company I have ever dealt with. It has to be some sort of scam, my home warranty American home shield has sent them out 8 times to try and repair a refrigerator.. hasn’t worked at all in over a month. The guy came out the first time without any tools, the. Came out a week later with a compressor , then another compressor then Freon then more Freon.. just throwing stuff at it without success. How either of these company’s are in business I don’t know! Would give negative stars if I could.  :( :(

The worst experience ever to deal with an incompetent company that hires incompetent repair guy. Through my home Warrenty they dispatch this company the guy comes out has never worked on a Thermadore dishwasher. After I asked for them to send someone that knows the brand and the error code given on the dishwasher, which was given prior to arrival. He gets to my house barely looks at my dishwasher and try’s to get the dishwasher out and he fails. States to me let me go back to my office speak to senior technician and come bac... read more

Go see this companies real reviews at AVA appliance repair, inc.   This company is a fraud and will be reporting to the Arizona Attorney General and the BBB.    Makes misrepresentations to home warranty companies in order to take over customers.   I will be going after them legally myself.
