I don’t review things too often but felt the need just based on the number of negative reviews of this place. I figure if they do something right they deserve some positive reviews too. My home warranty assigned AVA Appliance Repair Inc. to fix our dryer, which was making a loud shrieking sound. Airat arrived promptly, and within an hour, he had replaced a few parts and had the dryer running like new. Initially, I was hesitant due to the negative reviews on Google, but I have nothing but praise for the technician and the quality of his work. I would definitely consider using them again for any future appliance issues.
I saw the reviews when we initially found out who would be doing the repair on our microwave and had LOW expectations. Quite the contrary. Marcus, our repair tech, showed up on time, was professional and friendly. He had the issued fixed w/in about 30 minutes and then took the time to explain what the issue was. We were very pleased with AVA's repair services.
I had Niles come to repair my GE microwave...not heating. He was so nice and efficient. The scheduled time was as agreed. My home warranty set me up with them and I know I will be asking for them if future repairs are needed on my appliances. 🤗Andrea D.
I had a beautiful experience with this company. I contracted them through my home warranty. They responded promptly and courteously. They arrived in the part of the window timeframe that I requested and did the repair thoroughly, quickly and neatly. They also confirmed the day before and called after the work was completed to make sure all was well. And they always thanked me for taking their call, providing customer service like you don't see much anymore.
