Mark and his crew of Ark Foundation did an excellent job installing my new sump pump in my crawl space. So pleased of this installation and their quick response to my needs. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommended this company!
Patrick Shelley from Arc Foundation was able to schedule an estimate within a few days of our requesting it. He was straightforward, informative, and very helpful. He suggested a way for us to check to see if we needed any work done at all on our basement foundation. To our relief, it appears that we don’t for now, but if the situation changes, Arc Foundation will be the first company we call.
Everyone at Ark Foundation was amazing. They did a great job re-pointing my Michigan basement of my home that is >100 years old, and I feel reassured that the work will last a long time. I appreciated that they maintained the historical elements of the basement. Trace was very informative and friendly, I truly felt taken care of and Pat & his team did an awesome job as well. From start to finish, the service and the support was amazing. Pat, who did my estimate is one of the nicest, most reassuring and most honest people I’ve ever met.
