Patrick Shelley from Arc Foundation was able to schedule an estimate within a few days of our requesting it. He was straightforward, informative, and very helpful. He suggested a way for us to check to see if we needed any work done at all on our basement foundation. To our relief, it appears that we don’t for now, but if the situation changes, Arc Foundation will be the first company we call.

Pat is seriously one of the nicest guy I have ever met! He is so knowledgeable a d friendly. I was honestly dreading his visit because I was nervous he was going to tell me I needed a major repair. It didn't work out that way he came out and told me that it was normal for my house and told me all the ways I could help my home. Definitely will recommend this company 10 out of 10

I generally leave reviews well after the service so that I can provide a proper account of what happened and the results. My 1910 home had a few issues stemming from a settled foundation on a side and the associated problems of cracking, sagging, etc. Everything went well with the estimating aspect, Trace and Patrick actually came out more than once and were very kind.
