Patrick Shelley from Arc Foundation was able to schedule an estimate within a few days of our requesting it. He was straightforward, informative, and very helpful. He suggested a way for us to check to see if we needed any work done at all on our basement foundation. To our relief, it appears that we don’t for now, but if the situation changes, Arc Foundation will be the first company we call.

Pat is seriously one of the nicest guy I have ever met! He is so knowledgeable a d friendly. I was honestly dreading his visit because I was nervous he was going to tell me I needed a major repair. It didn't work out that way he came out and told me that it was normal for my house and told me all the ways I could help my home. Definitely will recommend this company 10 out of 10

Everyone at Ark Foundation was amazing. They did a great job re-pointing my Michigan basement of my home that is >100 years old, and I feel reassured that the work will last a long time. I appreciated that they maintained the historical elements of the basement. Trace was very informative and friendly, I truly felt taken care of and Pat & his team did an awesome job as well.
