Very unorganized. I paid for my storage building and was told that i can move my things in same day. I received a gate code and a number to what storage unit I'm supposed to use. I get here to discover I received a number that doesn't exist. The website doesn't work and no one can answer my questions. Even the guy I talked to on the phone sounds like he have never set foot on the property. He trying to find a map on the website and couldn't find it. Came in asking for some advice on pricing and units available and Leanna helped us out quickly, efficiently and professionally and made the entire experience WAY less stressful then I had anticipated it being! Thank you guys for the AMAZING customer service and professionalism!
Doubled the rent when new company took over. Took away the dumpster. Renting units cheaper to new tenants but would not give the lower price to existing tenants. Rude staff . Avoid renting from this company.
I spoke with Leanna Robinson today about a unit. She is very nice and knows what she's talking about. When I start moving I will be calling Miss Leanna again for sure. Yall ask for Leanna when you call.
