Yesterday I posted my 4th review of Arlen Terrace apartments and dropped my rating down to a 2. Today I deleted that post and decided to write my 5th review and bump my rating back up to a 5. First thing this morning the guys from maintainence were here fixing all my issues. These guys were friendly and very polite. These apartments are nice and the perfect size for a single person, or two. Neighbors so far are pretty decent, quiet.
