This will be my 3rd review since I moved here last October 30th. Ive had issues since moving here, most have finally been taken care of. My biggest gripe was the sewage smell and mold in the first apartment. After many complaints and me and my dog getting sick, they relocated us to another apartment. Each of the ladies from management said they would put in maintainance request for me and not to worry.. Ridiculous problems with my heating. It will get to like 95 degrees in my apartment in the winter and I will have to run the AC and open the windows. Noone in their office answers when you call. Someone finally called me back about a week and a half ago and was supposed to have a maintenance person come out and they never did. Live there for only 5 months. But stay in my apartment for 5 days. I had problems with with the smell of sewer. I completely had to move.the.Manager Scott Brown keeps putting me off! Saying someone coming to fix the problem. I waited for months. So broke the lease . And said I will only get my deposit. And I want all my money. This is a great complex to live. new commons and lighting and all new laundry machines on site. Quite and safe
