if I could leave no stars I would !!! Ain’t NO way yall closing out work orders that haven’t even been completed yet && to ask me how my experience was is just horrible , it’s ok because yall will see me tomorrow promptly.
I forgot the name of the lady I spoke with! But communication is awesome and she really cares about getting me and my family moved in right a way. Never spoke with anyone who cared so much about others personal life. Looking forward to move in very soon!
The manager Merissa is by far the worse manager the complex has had. She does not care about the tenants and has no sense of urgency about anything. She never answers the phone nor office doors unless it's the beginning of the month and time to pay rent. Work orders go weeks maybe even months before they are addressed or repaired. This complex has gone down hill, use to be really nice. My apartment in the school building was infested with mice and roaches and nothing was done other than them stuffing holes with steal wool. ... read more

I came in & spoke with Merissa she was very polite she welcomed us in with a smile & her communication skills were very excellent. I also loved the property.
