We used AROCON which gave the best offer in terms of cost and quality. We have not been disappointed with this choice. Their work is top-notch and beyond reproach. They hire employees or a series of subcontractors, each of whom are experts in their field and do magnificent work. The salesman was fantastic but the project managers and crew were less than stellar. My job was pushed twice and the crew were very difficult to communicate with. They spoke very little English which made it hard to give directions to my home and to answer their questions. The crew also left drops of primer throughout my house and on my front steps and walkway. Overall, the experience was ok.

After extensive research and numerous visits from contractors, I decided to hire Arocon and I am glad that I did. Arocon repaired my roof, my chimney, and the ceiling inside my house. Good, honest company. Salesman was initially a little pushy, but the post-sales process was smooth and accommodating to my schedule. Best part of the experience was the workmen who were professional and friendly.

In the end, AROCON did a superior job on a replacement slate roof, damaged during Hurricane Sandy. AROCON got an estimator to our property within 24 hours of my call. Within 2 days we had a temporary tarp over the part of the roof that was damaged. It took AROCON a couple of weeks to mobilize, but they came one day and unfortunately made a mistake. Arocon has been great to work with. I have asked them back to do many more project for me form little items to large interior remodeling and a bathroom. Great service and quality for the price. Corrected the few deficient items with out any hassel.

New roof install. Roofer installed the wrong shingles but have now made it right and roof looks great. My major complaint is coordination and communication between their office and field. Instead of taking two weeks to find out that yes they did install the wrong roof it could have been handled much more quickly if everyone communicated better. Once the problem was agreed upon eveything went smoothly and timely and finished poduct looks great.
