The salesman was nice and not pushy like a lot of other contractors. He clearly explained what would be done and what the costs would be. I had Arocon came out and replace the flashing and shingles around my chimney because I had a leak. There was still a slight drip after they did their repairs, but they sent someone back out to fix it without any hassle. Some companies would have just disappeared after getting your money. I'll definitely call them back in a few years when I need to have the whole roof done.

I had this company come out and replace a few loose slates, when they did the estimate they suggested that I get the ridges resealed because the roofing cement was old. The replaced tile came out great, the roofing cement was put on incorrectly and dripped all over my roof. It took two extra trips to get the problem resolved.
