They came out and talk to the insurance person. I was very happy with that.
The team displayed professionalism from reviewing the proposed work order to the crew installing the roof. We had one weather delay which the team notified us the day before they would not be in. We also knew those delays were possible this time of year. Great job overall - it gives a fresh look our home while adding significant value as well.

They replaced and enclosed our trim to prevent future wear and tear. They gave us the best price and project scope. It turned out wonderful.
Had a new architectural shingle roof installed, a bathroom vent, a chimney cap and a new gutter system. The chimney cap does not look as nice as I would prefer but everything else was done very professionally.

I hired Arocon for a roofing tune-up. The technician, Shelby, was very professional and knowledgeable. He completed the necessary repairs and thoroughly explained everything he did, and provided an evaluation of the current condition of my roof. I was very pleased with the service I received.
The only reason for the 4.5 out of 5 was that they had to come back to replace a boot over a vent. Great service and a top notch job.
