A big shout out to David McGuire, Service Advisor at Arrowhead Cadillac. I gave him an odd ball service request to install a trickle charger wire on my car battery. He handled this unusual request in a very professional manner. He even had me talk directly to the technician to be sure it was done the way I expected. Just a great experience from a fussy customer. I got my car serviced here and made my appointment online checking off what was needed on my car, and it was very easy to schedule it, especially since it was the next day. The staff were very nice and got my car done by the end of the same day I dropped it off. They also checked everything I had checked off and more. !!! EXTORTION AND INCOMPETENT !!! I took my Escalade in for a battery drain and transmission studder. I bought their Platinum MPP warranty back when the vehicle's manufacturer was up. It was a full month from expiring, so I had two annoying issues to have fixed. Granted it was the second time taking the vehicle in for the battery going dead in 36 hours from a full charge. Service department needs to communicate to their customers. Next time around I will be taking my car somewhere else.
Excellent service, they pick up your car and dropped back. They also have a very nice waiting area with lots of commodities, coffee, pastries, etc. They keep up up to date on your service/repair and they do not hide any extra cost
